Jeder sechsseitige Würfel mit abgerundeten Ecken ist von dunkeltürkiser Farbe. Die 20 Würfen haben eine Kantenlänge von 16 mm und haben anstelle der 6 das Symbol der Kabale des Schwarzen Herzens, das so wie die traditionellen Augen auf den restlichen Seiten in grauweißer Farbe gehalten ist. Die Würfel werden in einer Kunststoffverpackung geliefert, in der sich eine Karte mit einer Illustration befindet.

Dieses Set enthält auch einen Abziehbilderbogen des Adepta Sororitas, 12x Citadel-Rundbases (32 mm), 12x Citadel-Rundbases (25 mm), 1x Citadel-Flugbase und 1x Flugstab.
